All game interactions are recorded on BNB Smart Chain and are publicly visible:

• Wallet addresses
• Transaction hashes and details
• Token balances and transfers
• Smart contract interactions (builds, upgrades, claims)

This data is inherently public on the blockchain and cannot be deleted.

2.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Government-issued identification
• Physical addresses
• Financial information (bank accounts, credit cards)
• Private keys or wallet seed phrases

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, we may collect:

• IP address (not stored long-term, used for rate limiting only)

• Backend database: Game event indexes retained for the lifetime of the Service
• Session data: Automatically expires after 24 hours
• Server logs: Retained for 30 days, then deleted

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about your wallet address
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate off-chain data
• Erasure: Request deletion of off-chain data (blockchain data cannot be deleted)

To exercise these rights, contact us through our official community channels. Note: On-chain data is immutable and outside our ability to modify or delete.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication (SIWE), rate limiting, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has used the Service, we will take steps to remove their off-chain data.
